Über Darja Kraft - Psychologin und Psychotherapeutin I München I Darja Kraft

How I work

Therapy is both a craft and an attitude.

In our initial sessions, we look together at what is troubling you, how it developed and what can be changed. From this, we create a plan with clear steps that we review regularly. You will always know what we are working on and why.

Experience from practice, clinic and research.

Experience across clinical settings, outpatient care and psychotherapeutic research. From clinical work, I know severe and acute conditions; from research, the question of what genuinely works — both inform treatment without therapy becoming formulaic.
